The Customer Information Center helps customers take a detailed look at policy information and report claims whether you are self-insured or fully-insured.
You can also:
- view policy information: coverage, billing, claims, and contact numbers;
- file First Reports of Injury and look up providers and panels within our extensive network;
- generate reports based on claim size, loss summary, top claims, and lost experience.
