FROI

FROI (First Report of Injury) is a great tool that enables your company to submit injury reports electronically over the Internet. FROI allows you to enter all pertinent injury information and submit the form directly to us, without faxing documents or making phone calls.

FROI also allows your company to print injury reports on the appropriate form for hard copy filing. The program keeps track of all submissions, can retrieve information from any submission, and can be reprinted at any time.

Because this program is a web-based application, there is no need to install any software on any computer. A simple click of an Internet link will take you to the login page where you can begin entering information. The result is no hardware or software maintenance for your network and a minimized chance of a conflict with any other piece of software you may already have in place.
