Using Search
Appearing at the top right corner of every page is a “Search” box. By typing a word or words into this box, you can quickly gather information from all the pages of the site.
Tips for Better Results
Be Specific
For example, if you want information about Claims Management, search for “Claims Management” instead of just “Claims” or “Management.”
Using the + Symbol to Add Words
Using the + symbol in between your words forces the search engine to look for the pages that have ALL of the words you are looking for (not the pages with just some of the words).
Using the - Symbol to Subtract Words
When you use the - symbol in your word search, you will force the search engine to eliminate any pages that have the word you are NOT looking for.
Using Quotation Marks to Search for a Phrase
You can search for a particular phrase by enclosing it in quotation marks. This tells the search engine to give you pages where the terms appear in exactly the order you specify.
