Track & Manage Claims
Customers can use the AHclaims tool to manage and track their claims. They can also access detailed, valuable claims data and information pertaining to the claimant, including:
- claimant demographics
- legal/trial information
- his/her medical provider
- settlement information
- return to work information
- current paid, incurred, and reserve values
- document images
- claim adjuster and medical case manager notes
- access to Provider Look-Up tool
